Trax Credit Union Expands Its Field of Membership While Doubling Down on Its Mission

Trax Credit Union built its reputation on moving people forward, serving Tampa Bay communities often overlooked by traditional financial institutions. To reach more of them, Trax needed to expand beyond its select employee groups. Working with CUCollaborate, the $488.9 million credit union added two underserved areas to its field of membership, growing its potential membership from 472,569 to more than 3.4 million and formalizing service to communities where its members already lived.
