The purpose of the Account Executive role is to bring in new business. The Account Executive is the primary point of contact between CUCollaborate and potential clients. AEs handle the day-to-day relationship between both parties before becoming a member to CUCollaborate with the goal of achieving new clients who are eager and excited to become members of CUCollaborate and begin using our software and consulting services. Account Executives' goal is to hit their annual revenue goal/targets based on assigned territory.
–Ensure compliance with all internal and external compliance regulations;
–Comply with all company policies;
–Help with creating outreach strategies and campaigns to attract new clients;
–Educate the credit union industry on who CUCollaborate is and what products and services we offer;
–Articulate the value of membership to CUCollaborate and set up interest for consulting projects/services;
–Follow up with leads interested in learning more about CUCollaborate;
–Lead sales calls/demos for the software and consulting services;
–Discover customer need for different consulting services;
–Manage individual sales pipeline;
–Keep HubSpot (CMS) information and data up to date;
–Create contracts and invoices;
–Handover new clients to account management and consulting team when deals are closed.

–Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate;

–Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software;
–Financial and Business Acumen.
Bachelor’s degree highly preferable.
$80,000 annual salary, $150,000 OTE, uncapped commissions.
