The Purpose of Our Survey

Now, more than ever, credit unions need to not only invest in mobile banking but also ensure that their mobile banking solution is intuitive, flexible, and offers the functionalities their members' require and expect. Mobility has evolved rapidly over the past few years from no more than a simple two-way pager into a consolidated mobile phone, GPS navigation device, web browser, instant messaging client, and handheld game console. It is also likely that in the not too distant future most consumers will access the internet primarily through mobile devices.

The Mobility Satisfaction & Functionality Survey aims to serve as a vehicle for the unedited exchange of information between credit unions, which we believe is the best way for credit unions to stay informed about their current or potential future partners. We at CUCollaborate believe it is critical that credit unions share their evaluations and experiences with vendors serving the industry. Partnering with a new vendor involves numerous risks. CUCollaborate hopes to mitigate some of these risks by providing platforms that effectively codify the industry’s seemingly disparate collective knowledge so that we can learn from each others’ experiences.
